Spring 2024

I’m excited to share a program designed by DEIB leaders for DEIB leaders that I will be co-facilitating.

What is it?
An educational and community building space specifically designed for people in a leading DEIB or equity-building role. In this semester-long spring program, we learn and develop shared language, imagine together a larger vision for inclusive communities, and receive the support we need to give all that is required in our roles–without burnout!

We, as facilitators, combine expertises across culture change, social work, narrative analysis, and gender and race studies, and experience across corporate and academic spaces.
