Dr. Krishni Metivier’s impact spans across academia, industry, and the public. Her strategic thought leadership has garnered national and global attention.
She’s been a guest speaker at Google, Harvard, and Princeton, and interviewed by the BBC, Washington Post, and Voice of America.

However critical, complex or ambiguous the field–from equity to religion to data privacy, Krishni takes a calm and focused approach centered on discovering underlying root causes to reveal the brightest opportunities and insights.
Earning her doctorate from Duke University, Krishni’s research has centered on unsolved societal issues that demand a multidisciplinary mind.

As a speaker and advocate, Krishni connects deeply with audiences and communities through empathy in action. She arose as a national leader for separated binational families during the pandemic, published a widely-influential anti-racism framework during a national reckoning with police brutality, and co-led a sustainability project and documentary with Argentinian laborers.
Her diverse contributions, both within and beyond Google, reflect her deep commitments to creating positive societal change through research, advocacy, and leadership.
